He said: “The cost of living crisis is affecting everyone, and our app helps reduce that impact by giving people cash just to play games as they travel on a sustainable mode of transport. There’s no catch – we’ll transfer money straight to the customer’s bank account every month.
“Fuel prices are the highest they’ve been in years, while the pressure on our public transport networks continues to grow. All the headlines around travel right now are negative. However, part of the travel hassle is driving this knowledge-saving app. It makes the time spent commuting to and from work or the shops more bearable.”
The app, which can be used on any smartphone, pays users for every 15 minutes they spend playing games while on sustainable modes of transport such as buses, trams, and trains or as part of lift share. travel
And since launching, the company has attracted hundreds of customers across the country, as well as backing from various investors, including Abrdn co-founder Martin Gilbert.
